
Hauser has been Catering Unlimited Executive Chef since 2006 and oversees all kitchen operations for the Catering Department including menu creation, staff management, ordering and purchasing of inventory, and plating design.
Hauser attended the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and the Scottsdale Culinary Academy.
He enjoys collaborating with clients to create special menus and works hard to foster a great working environment for his staff.
